The company that would become Fox Data started in 1993 in Brooklyn as Magic Computer Services, Inc., offering services to small businesses in Brooklyn Heights and Park Slope. Soon after, they expanded to Manhattan businesses and residences.
In 1999, DataNet Consulting was created to cater to the ever-growing business clients that needed advanced expertise in networking and servers. During this time, the company expanded to Connecticut and New Jersey.
In 2014, on the 20th anniversary of the company’s inception, they decided to change their name to Fox Data and use that name along with the 24/7 Fox Help Line at 855-FOX-DATA and www.gofoxdata.com.
